DAY 1 –  Departure to Rio de Janeiro

DAY 2 – Arrival Day

City Tour
The city tour visits the highlights of the ‘cidade maravilhosa’, Rio de Janeiro. We’ll visit famous places such as Lagoa, Corcovado and the famous Christ statue as well as take a drive through the Tijuca forest, one of the largest urban forests in the world.
The tour will continue to show such highlights such as Santa Teresa, the golden Municipal Theatre, National Library, and the Museum of Belas Artes for a full spectrum of this amazing city.

DAY 3 –  Yoga Rio Tour Day

We depart for the Yoga Rio Day tour and enjoy a morning yoga class in a stunning location with a yoga teacher who will take any level of student through some bending and stretching to relax and open you up to the amazing day ahead. After the yoga class, we’ll enjoy a healthy lunch (included) full of great energy and then off to the famous Sugar Loaf mountain for sunset with stunning views.
What to bring; Yoga mat, A sarong, towel, water to drink, and Your peace of mind.

DAY 4 –  Trip to the Paradise Wellness Retreat

The group will travel 3 hours by private bus and a ferry to arrive at Ilha Grande for this amazing yoga retreat getaway. Ilha Grande is a tropical paradise where our tour of self-discovery at a secret pristine island location will fill your days with wonder.
Nestled in the tropical forest, an exclusive high-end guest house will be your home away from home for five nights. We’ll spend our days in a gorgeous location that blends natural living with the environment to nourish and refresh the senses on a premium wellness retreat. All meals are included during the retreat.

Yoga Class

DAY 5 – Yoga/Meditation/ Hiking

Enjoy two daily yoga classes a day, a morning and evening yoga class with the times suited to the group and the daily activities (only one class on the travel days). Choose form many optional activities during the day including boat tours around the islands, kayak, hiking, a visit to Lopes Mendes, one of the world’s
most beautiful beaches, waterfall visits and just relaxing at the beautiful house on a very peaceful beach.

DAY 9 – Return Day

Return to Rio de Janeiro and time to say Bye-Bye to Brazil, the driver will take the group to the Galeao International Airport.

DAY 10 – Arrival Day

Cancellation Policy
You are strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance at the time of making the booking, as this will cover cancellation charges in certain circumstances.
Cancellation of a reservation must be in writing and received by email and shall be effective only upon its receipt and acknowledgement by the Company. The following fees will apply for cancellations:
Cancellation 60 days or more before departure: Loss of deposit.
Cancellation 59-30 days before departure: 50% of cost of services booked Cancellation less than 30 days before departure: 100%of cost of services booked No refunds will be made should the Client voluntarily or involuntarily leave a tour early. Special Departure tours and Custom Made trips may vary in cancellation policy from that detailed in this clause and will be detailed at the time of booking.
Exemption of liability
Every program participant must sign a disclaimer (in the case of minor participant age, a parent signs), freeing the company of any guarantee of safety or satisfaction.

Carnival in Rio de Janeiro is the biggest and most popular Carnival in the World. The highlight of Rio Carnival, its Samba Parade, is considered by many the greatest show on earth. Lasting a total of 20 hours, with about seventy thousand participants, twice as many people in the audience, plus millions of spectators watching the event on TV all around the world. Besides Rio’s Samba Parade, Rio de Janeiro Carnival events include Carnival Balls, Street Parties, & Carnival Special Events throughout Rio de Janeiro.  Zenith E. Visit the Christ de Redeemer and  Botanic Garden,  Tijuca Forest
Christ – Tour to the view from the statue of Christ above the city of Rio de Janeiro is considered the largest Art Deco statue in the world.
Botanic Garden – D.João VI, the king of Portugal, was passionate about exotic plants and founded the Botanical Garden in Rio de Janeiro in 1817. The noteworthy plant species in the botanical garden include imperial palm trees, huge water lilies (Victorias-Regias), and some redwood trees (Pau Brasil). These are almost extinct in the Atlantic forest. Visitors can see more than 500 kinds of orchids in its famous greenhouse.
The next stop of the tour is the biggest urban forest in the world, the Tijuca National Park.  It is a fun tour conducted in very comfortable convertible jeeps, by a well-trained team.

DAY 3 – 2/12
Tour to Sugar Loaf Mountain, and Down Town Historical  where you will travel all the way to the top in two cable car rides. The first cable car takes us to Urca Hill, at a vantage point of 215 meters for beautiful views of Guanabara Bay and its islands, the Rio-Niteró Bridge and Corcovado Mountain. A second cable car takes us the rest of the way to the top. At 395 meters, we will enjoy splendid views of Copacabana beach, the Santa Cruz fortress and several beaches of Niterói.
Lunch at The restaurant Aprazívelis a real treat for the Rio de Janeiro enthusiast. It is a unique place with a wonderful view of Guanabara Bay and Rio-Niteroi Bridge. The charming spot is located in the Santa Tereza, a small and reserved neighborhood in Rio, which is known for hosting art studios and boutique hotels.
Night at Rio Scenarium  - Lapa
Known worldwide as “the place to go in Rio,” Rio Scenarium owes its success to great live Brazilian music and one of the most unusual and attractive ambiences in Rio de Janeiro. The laidback bar and casa de shows attracts an eclectic mix of locals and foreigners.

Relax day by the beach or pool
Magical Ball at Noble Room at Copacabana Palace starts at 11pm.

DAY 5 –2/14
Breakfast – Lots of fruit and coconut water! Take a few for the day.

Walk the equally famous Ipanema and Copacabana beaches and see the sidewalk stone mosaics designed by Roberto Burle Mar
Night at Sambodromo where the  Samba Schools will make he Sambadromo Marquês de Sapucaí rock!  The Sambodromo was designed by Brazil’s world-famous architect, the modernist Oscar Niemeyer. It was purpose-built for the Samba Parade and was inaugurated in 1984.
Return to Hotel – Sleep well after all of that dancing!

DAY  6 –  2/15
Favela tour
Is an illuminating experience if you look for an insider point of view of Brazil. The tour introduces you to another Rio, within Rio city: the favela. There are close to 950 favelas in Rio. Mostly placed on former public areas on the hillsides, they are now home to 20% of Rio’s population, however they remain a mystery for most people who don’t live there. The tour is not only to explain about favelas, but to give you a whole new understanding about different aspects of Brazilian society.
